About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is a pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities. We aim to abolish ageism by driving rewarding patient outcomes and facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Therapists benefit from the flexibility to create, control, and alter their treatment schedule and are part of an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
