About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health. Luna Exercises deliver an integrated care experience by prescribing and monitoring workouts via the Luna app. Geofencing technology matches patients based on your specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive). Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care using Luna Auto-Charting.
- Prescribe and monitor patient workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match with patients based on specialty and location.
