About The Position
Cole Health is seeking a confident, pediatric-focused Physical Therapist to establish and grow services at their Schertz, TX location. Initially, the PT will be the sole therapist onsite, offering autonomy to shape the program with support from a larger interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
- Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a PT presence in Schertz, TX.
- Manage caseload with autonomy.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA.
- Provide team-based care to improve outcomes.
- Participate in clinical competency for specialty training and mentorship.
