About The Position
The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first. This is a full-time position with a $10,000.00 Retention Incentive, servicing the Central and North/North East San Antonio Metro areas.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TX
- Work experience of at least one year as an Physical Therapist with adult and pediatrics experience
- Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care
- Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
- Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
- Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
- Be willing to travel within an established radius.
- Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
