About The Position

TPMG Physical Therapy – Williamsburg is a thriving, outpatient orthopedic practice that has been serving the Williamsburg area for over 15 years. They are seeking a dedicated licensed Physical Therapist to join their growing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with a diverse patient population to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, including conservative and post-surgical management. The team values collaboration, innovation, excellent customer service, and high-quality patient-centered care. Experienced therapists or motivated recent graduates are welcome to apply. TPMG is dedicated to delivering evidence-based practices to empower patients to live fuller, healthier lives. Therapists see each patient one-on-one for 45 minutes each session and enjoy timely and open communication with referring providers, creating a team-oriented approach to patient care. The new clinic space, which opened in February 2025, is an open and friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of VA
  • CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic conditions, including conservative and post-surgical management

  • Salary ranges from $72,000 to $95,000 depending on years of experience and education requirements.
