About The Position
Symbria, a 100% employee-owned team located at The Glenwood Community in Marietta, OH, is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through personalized, high-quality care. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Hold (or are eligible for) an OH state PT license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus — new grads welcome!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
- Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
- Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
