Requirements

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate degree).
• Current or eligible State Physical Therapist License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, taking into account medical history, functional limitations, and patient goals.
• Develop and execute customized, evidence-based physical therapy programs.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and other healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient care.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
