About The Position

Heartline Staffing, a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation opportunity in Cheraw, South Carolina, at McLeod Health Cheraw. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
Current and unrestricted South Carolina Physical Therapy license REQUIRED
Current CPR certification REQUIRED
Strong organizational and communication skills REQUIRED

Previous rehabilitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members
Assist with patient scheduling and daily charge posting
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
Educate patients, families, and nursing staff regarding follow-through programs
Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition
Perform duties in accordance with professional standards and applicable state and federal laws
