About The Position
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values practical, hands-on care. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and mobility issues, helping them move better and return to their routines. This role is centered on consistent, one-on-one care in a structured outpatient environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Washington PT license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient condition and physical function
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans
- Guide patients through strength, mobility, and balance exercises
- Reassess progress and update treatment strategies
- Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery
- Maintain complete and organized documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team as needed
