About The Position

Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to support their established outpatient team. This role involves conducting evaluations, overseeing plans of care, and supervising PTAs. It is designed for a PT who desires meaningful clinical work without the demands of a full-time schedule, offering a predictable, clinic-based position with premium pay and flexible hours. The practice emphasizes a holistic, patient-centered approach and is located in Northeast Ohio.

Requirements

Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Strong clinical judgment and confidence developing plans of care
Ability to collaborate effectively with PTAs and clinic team members
Commitment to quality patient care and professional communication
Interest in outpatient orthopedic, wellness, or specialty care

Nice To Haves

Women’s health or pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required
Women's health or pelvic health interest is welcomed, but not required

Responsibilities

Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
Provide clinical oversight and supervision for PTA-delivered treatment
Collaborate with PTAs and clinic leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Support a smooth, high-quality patient experience
Document care clearly and timely
Serve as a trusted clinical resource within the clinic
