Physical Therapist Up to $30K Sign-on Bonus
About The Position
Banner Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist for a busy, mostly orthopedic clinic in Surprise, Arizona. The clinic treats a range of patients and diagnoses and has a diverse team with varied experience and treatment styles. The therapist will have the opportunity to work alongside four other Physical Therapists and an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist. New graduates are welcome to apply. Center specialties include orthopedics, hand therapy, dry needling, and vestibular care. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a salaried starting compensation of $80,000, commensurate with experience. Incentives include a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 and $350 per month in student loan repayment. Relocation assistance is available. The company offers mentorship and orientation, continuing education and paid national certifications, an outpatient clinical advancement program with bonus incentives, and opportunities to explore other specialties.
Requirements
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
- Hold a valid state Physical Therapist license.
- Hold CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
- Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
