About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist position in Phoenix, AZ. The candidate will be required to complete documentation directly with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start their assignment. For ATI, the candidate can start with a compact license but MUST obtain a permanent license right away. If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission, their name and DOB should be sent to Katrina for eligibility assessment. The start date is 10/5. A $2,500 completion bonus is available for assignments starting by Oct 15th, provided the start date is not delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Start dates must align with license status at submission, and license status should be included in the submission email.

Requirements

Active license
Experience in setting
General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP)
Rehabilitation Certifications (ASHA, CHT, ACP Training)
Must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
Must obtain a permanent license right away if starting with a compact license.
