Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure
New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
Desire to learn, grow, and develop professionally
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Interest in developing leadership skills and taking on increased responsibility

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments
Develop strong clinical skills through mentorship and collaboration
Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical team
Contribute to a positive and patient-focused clinic culture
For experienced clinicians, provide mentorship and clinical leadership to team members
