About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing home health team serving patients throughout the Kissimmee area. This position offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or home health setting
Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide in-home physical therapy services
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and family members on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow all applicable state, federal, and professional practice guidelines
