About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their Early Intervention team in the Chambersburg, PA area. This role focuses on providing in-home services for children aged 0-3. The position offers flexible scheduling options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, with the ability to start with as little as 2 hours per week. Therapists can create their own schedules based on availability, with sessions typically lasting 1 hour including documentation time on a company-provided laptop. The company emphasizes a purpose-driven environment where therapists empower children and support families.

Requirements

Pennsylvania State PT License
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required

Responsibilities

Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
