As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
- Conduct individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate and mentor with other clinicians.
- Pursue professional tracks including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
