Requirements
- Licensed Oklahoma Physical Therapist
- Either at least 1 year working with the frail/elderly or approved training
- Current CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats participants mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance.
- Provides goal directed, activity oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in self-care, functional mobility and daily life tasks.
- Ensures continuation of performance through effective education of the participant, family or support system.
- Provides adaptive methods and equipment as appropriate to enhance performance.
- Participates in family / Participant care plan meetings, IDT and various committees as determined by Therapy Director.
