Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience Title: Physical Therapist, PT Schedule: Per Diem (6 visits per week) Locations Available: Area #40 covering the cities of North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Sun Valley, Toluca Lake, Universal City, Valley Glen, Valley Village, Van Nuys and Area #44 covering the areas of La Canada, La Crescenta, Burbank, Montrose, Shadow Hills, Glendale, Sunland and Tujunga Paid Training: Must be able to train for 5 days Mon-Friday 9am-5:30pm in Woodland Hills
Requirements
- 1 year Physical Therapy experience
- Reliable Transportation
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be available for one week of orientation and training

Responsibilities
- Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of function.
- Set goals to improve balance, walking, and transfers.
- Provide patient education.
- Make recommendations on equipment and provide training on proper use of equipment.
- Emphasize safe mobility in and around the patient’s residence.
