Select Physical Therapy is part of the Select Medical Outpatient Division, a national leader in physical therapy and rehabilitation services. Our clinic in North Grafton, Massachusetts is looking for an experienced PT who is motivated, caring, and self-driven. Our North Grafton and Millbury, MA offices share a close affiliation, and the therapists in these locations collectively offer over 50 years of experience to our clients. Our clinics have excellent relationships with central MA referring physicians and provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. Clients range from local high school and college athletes to people of advanced years. We are orthopedic-focused but also treat neurological diagnoses, pediatrics, and work-related injuries. We are passionate about delivering hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy to help our patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
