About The Position
BrightStar Care is a trusted provider of skilled and non-skilled home health services. We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who truly cares about making a difference. As a PT on our team, you’ll help clients restore strength, independence, and dignity—all from the home environments they cherish.
Requirements
- Active MA PT license
- DPT or MPT from an accredited program
- CPR certified
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
- Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
- Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
