About The Position

We are hiring a Fill-In Physical Therapist to provide coverage for clinics across Spokane and the surrounding area, stepping in when team members are out on vacation or sick leave. This role offers adaptable hours to fit your schedule and the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time position if you’re seeking a long-term role. As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction, strong con-ed support, room to deepen or expand specialty areas, profit sharing, and a career path to shareholder. Our mentorship program is designed to provide unparalleled support and growth opportunities. Participants receive 80 hours of one-on-one time with a seasoned physical therapist who has been highly trained to mentor others. This hands-on guidance will help you develop your skills and advance your career. Residents in our APTA Accredited Residency Program receive the full regular salary. If you choose to stay with our company for 2 years after completing the residency, the program is entirely free. Upon successful completion of the residency, you will earn both the COMT and OCS certifications, significantly enhancing your professional credentials. We also offer the opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization. Requirements

Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
Commitment to top quality patient care.
Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.

Responsibilities

Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).
Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
