We are seeking a full-time PHYSICAL THERAPIST who is or would like to become Pelvic trained to join our team. Requirements

• Current State license
• Compliant with State regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree, DPT from an accredited educational institution

Responsibilities

• Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
• Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Creating personalized fitness-orientated health care programs for patients.
• Providing educational information about injury prevention, ergonomics and ways to promote physical health.
• Documenting patient care history.
• Complying with rules, regulations and procedures.
