About The Position
The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team at one of its locations throughout the Capital District. The organization provides integrated health care and quality care for individuals with disabilities. The Physical Therapist collaborates with physicians, families, and treatment teams to evaluate the functional strengths and needs of the individuals supported and establish individualized, meaningful, and appropriate therapy. The position is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New York State licensure in good standing.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and care for the whole person.
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively use an electronic medical record (EMR).
Nice To Haves
- Physical therapy experience is helpful; new graduates will also be considered.
