Omni Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) contractor to provide in-home evaluations and treatment services in Kern County, CA. Coverage Areas include Bakersfield, Oildale, Shafter, Wasco, Delano, McFarland, Arvin, Lamont, Greenacres, Rosedale, Tehachapi, Taft, Buttonwillow, Lost Hills, California City, Frazier Park.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Ability to practice home health
- Independent contractor status
