BE Fit Physical Therapy, serving the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire, provides individualized, one-on-one care focused on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. BE Fit Physical Therapy is excited to welcome a passionate Physical Therapist to our Hanover, NH location. As a Physical Therapist at BE Fit, you’ll deliver quality, evidence-based care to help patients achieve their best outcomes. Your diverse caseload will include orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses.

Requirements

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
Ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Motivation for professional growth and contributing to clinic success

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized plans of care, incorporating manual therapy, neuromuscular training, functional rehabilitation, and more.
Collaborate with support staff and other specialists to provide seamless, team-based care.
Foster patients’ long-term well-being with fitness and wellness programs tailored to their needs.
Document patient progress
Engage in professional development through educational programs, workshops, and in-service meetings.
