Requirements

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to Equity and Equality
• Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build a caseload based on patient types the therapist is passionate about.
• Supervise techs and work alongside a collaborative team.
• Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) to prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
