Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or license eligible) in South Dakota
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Passion for patient-centered care and measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy care
Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention
Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
