About The Position
ASPIRE Therapy & Wellness is a therapist-owned private practice in Colorado specializing in geriatric and neurological rehabilitation within senior living communities. We believe therapists do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and free from the red tape of large rehab corporations. We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team at the beautiful Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Colorado
- New graduates welcome — mentorship available from experienced clinicians
- Passion for working with older adults and making a tangible impact
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatrics, skilled nursing, or senior living is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat older adults across ILF, ALF, and SNF settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric and neurological conditions including Parkinson’s disease, fall prevention, post-surgical rehab, and functional mobility
- Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and senior living community staff
- Contribute ideas — we actively seek clinical creativity and innovation
