As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Responsibilities

Design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and modalities (ultrasound, heat, ice).
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches to build strength and flexibility.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on injury prevention, good posture, and confident movement.
Collaborate with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient care.
