Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Adult Outpatient Rehab Team at the Baptist Outpatient Downtown Clinic. This is a full-time, day shift position with a Monday-Friday schedule. The role involves working with an adult caseload, providing general musculoskeletal care in an outpatient clinic setting. Requirements

1 or more year(s) of outpatient Physical Therapy Experience
Experience in Orthopedics
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to patients.
Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.
Oversee support staff.
Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
