Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as a Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Work in settings such as Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Long-term Care.
