About The Position
Cole Health is seeking a confident, pediatric-focused Physical Therapist to establish and grow services at their Schertz, TX location. Initially, the therapist will be the sole PT onsite, offering autonomy to shape the program with the support of a larger interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
- Growth-minded and adaptable in a changing healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the PT presence at the Schertz, TX location.
- Provide pediatric physical therapy services.
- Practice independently while collaborating with Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and ABA.
- Manage caseload with autonomy.
- Participate in team-based care to improve outcomes.
- Engage in therapeutic mission work (international & local) and community service initiatives.
