We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality, 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes. This role offers a flexible, mobile outpatient setting, ideal for therapists who value autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes.
