About The Position

Luna is the leading in-home tech-enabled physical therapy platform, founded in 2018. We partner with over 3000 PTs, offering them flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care to avoid burnout and renew hope in their profession. We collaborate with organizations such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes near you. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
• Document patient care via phone call.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Utilize geofencing technology to match patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
