About The Position

SportsMed Physical Therapy is expanding and hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey. Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes
