About The Position
Join VNA of Florida, a home health leader with 50 years of service, as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Palm Beach County. This role involves completing in-home physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and function, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation. We are seeking compassionate individuals who enjoy working independently and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently
