Requirements

Graduate of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification and TB test.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Independently perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures and ongoing evaluations for clients.
Provide in-home healthcare services.
Enhance clients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind.
Practice physical therapy with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.
