About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Colebrook, NH. This role involves providing outpatient and inpatient acute & swing therapy at a Critical Access Hospital. The physical therapist will be responsible for reviewing patient medical histories, diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns, developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes, and utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. The role also includes recording patient progress, modifying care plans as needed, and educating patients and family members about the recovery process.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
Outpatient experience is required
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Must pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Inpatient experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities
