About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. Before launching, participants will receive training in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will mentor participants to ensure confidence before opening. The role includes a competitive salary even before the clinic opens, eligibility for an annual Clinic Director bonus plan, and true equity ownership.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Must be entrepreneurial and ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Must be willing to become an Equity Partner.

Must be willing to utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool).
