About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, allowing new professionals to launch their careers while revolutionizing care for older adults. The program provides support to help clinicians become confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. FOX Rehabilitation was founded in 1998 and was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, offering clinicians flexibility and autonomy with top-tier, 1:1 patient care. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in STATE
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Basic computer literacy

- No prior in home or home health experience required
- Desire to develop professionally
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 patient care.
- Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
- Focus on delivering exceptional care without feeling overwhelmed due to a manageable caseload.
- Develop professionally and demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and utilize outstanding interpersonal skills.
