About The Position

We are seeking an ambitious and patient-focused Physical Therapist to become the lead clinician at the newest FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers location in Kansas City, MO. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who wants more than just a staff role. We are looking for someone excited to help build a clinic from the ground up, establish strong patient relationships, shape clinic culture, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand. At FYZICAL, we combine evidence-based physical therapy with innovative balance, vestibular, orthopedic, and wellness services to help patients achieve exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for patient-centered care and clinic growth
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, balance, or pelvic health
  • Interest in business development and community engagement

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies
  • Provide exceptional patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Uphold FYZICAL’s brand standards and clinical excellence
