About The Position

Luna is a leading in-home, tech-enabled physical therapy platform founded in 2018. We partner with over 3000 PTs, offering them a way to avoid burnout and find renewed hope in their profession. Luna collaborates with organizations such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP to deliver exceptional healthcare. We are seeking exceptional PTs to join our "Elite" team, delivering 20 or more visits per week to patients in their homes in Oakland and surrounding areas. This role offers competitive pay, great incentives including a $3,000 signing bonus, and is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, not typical home health. Requirements

State-specific PT license
Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
1+ years of experience
Liability insurance
CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy to patients in their homes.
Provide 20 or more visits per week to patients in Oakland and nearby areas.
Utilize Luna's technology, including Auto-Charting, Safety Shield, Luna Exercises app, and geofencing.
Prescribe and monitor patient workouts via the Luna app.
Manage patient care with a focus on safety and convenience.
Maintain professional standards and provide high-quality care.
