About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a multidisciplinary company providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as acupuncture services. It seeks a motivated, compassionate, and skilled full-time Physical Therapist to help patients reach their goals through personalized treatment plans. The clinics have trained support staff and modern facilities and equipment. All experience levels are encouraged to apply, and Metro will train the right new graduate. The role includes evaluating patients’ physical therapy needs, developing appropriate treatment plans, and providing care consistent with physician care plans, agency policy, and professional standards. The position also involves instructing family members, PTAs, home health aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques. Metro offers mentorship, leadership development, manageable caseloads, student loan repayment, performance-based incentives, education support, career-growth opportunities, board exam tutoring, an OCS residency partnership, and AI-assisted documentation. The anticipated base salary is $90,000–$120,000 per year, with eligibility for incentive compensation.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in New York or eligible for licensure.
Ability to evaluate patients’ physical therapy needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Experience instructing family members, PTAs, home health aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
