About The Position
Physical Therapist needed to provide physical therapy services at skilled rehab in Owasso. This is a PRN position, available for weekdays and/or weekends.
Requirements
- Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written documentation.
Responsibilities
- Performing therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
- Providing treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential or for successful transition to the next level of care.
- Working with other therapists and nursing staff to provide cohesive quality of care between clinical and therapy needs.
- Educating patients and caregivers for successful home transition after discharge.
- Providing quality documentation as required.
