Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Review referrals and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Participate in performance and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
