About The Position

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform initial evaluations and follow-up assessments
- Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain concerns, and movement needs
- Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
- Help patients build better movement patterns and daily function
- Review progress and update care plans as needed
- Provide home exercise instruction and patient education
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in WebPT
- Communicate with PTAs and other clinic staff to support treatment continuity
