About The Position

Axis Physiotherapy Institute is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Freeport, Florida. The ideal candidate is a personable clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys connecting with patients and providing exceptional care. This position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic caseload while working in a therapist-owned private practice environment focused on evidence-based care, clinical growth, and patient outcomes. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive structured support and mentorship. The Physical Therapist hired will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting. Treatment may include: General orthopedic rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal conditions, Functional movement limitations, Post-injury and post-operative care. Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialties, pursuing certifications, and expanding their clinical expertise. Full-time PTs should expect approximately 60 patient visits per week.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist licensure.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
