Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sport-specific rehabilitation
  • Experience in joint and spine management
  • Interest in becoming a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or launching a new facility

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services for patients with both non-surgical and post-operative presentations.
  • Manage a diverse mix of sport-specific rehabilitation and joint and spine management.
  • Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
  • Participate in mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and the TPS Orthopedic Residency Program.
  • Advance career through clinical instructor roles, clinic leadership, operations direction, or new facility launches.
