Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, and guide patients to achieve optimal function Educate patients on their conditions and actively support their recovery Maintain accurate, timely documentation to track progress and communicate with the care team Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and colleagues Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment Sports Medicine & Performance Opportunities Work with athletes through partnerships with local universities, gaining hands-on sports medicine experience Participate in advanced performance programs designed for athletes and active individuals Utilize objective testing systems to assess recovery and guide return-to-play decisions Mentorship & Professional Growth Structured mentorship program supporting both new graduates and experienced PTs Initial onboarding with shadowing and hands-on training (first 1–3 months) Ongoing mentorship with monthly meetings and quarterly check-ins Opportunities for surgical shadowing and advanced clinical learning Exposure to cutting-edge rehabilitation and sports performance techniques
