About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinics in Naperville, IL. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy a collaborative environment, value high-quality patient care, and want opportunities to grow clinically and professionally. We especially welcome candidates with outpatient experience, and those with interests or training in pelvic health and/or sports medicine.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, and growth-minded
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Interest or experience in pelvic health and/or sports medicine a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
- Deliver care across orthopedic conditions, balance, vestibular, and neurological rehab
- Participate in specialty services such as pelvic health and sports medicine (as applicable)
- Educate patients and families to support long-term success
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain high clinical standards

- Base Salary: $83,000–$95,000 (experience dependent)
